Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, Lecsa Specialty Snacks does not accept returns or exchanges on any food or candy products.

All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.


Order Issues & Eligibility for Refunds

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, if your order arrives in any of the following conditions, you may be eligible for a refund:

  • Item is damaged in transit
  • Packaging is broken, tampered with, or shows signs of being opened
  • You received the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue (product and packaging)

Refused Deliveries (Recommended)

If your package arrives visibly:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Compromised

We strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery at the time of arrival.

The courier will return the package to our warehouse, and once received and inspected, we will process your refund accordingly.


Important Conditions

  • Do not discard the product or packaging, as we may require proof for claim validation
  • Refunds are issued only after review and approval by our Customer Service team
  • Refunds apply only to the affected items, not the full order unless necessary

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences or product expectations
  • Orders that were successfully delivered in good condition
  • Delays caused by courier services

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider
