Shipping Locations

Lecsa Specialty Snacks ships to:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada
  • 🇺🇸 United States (excluding Hawaii and other regions restricted by shipping carriers)
  • 🌎 International Destinations, including Brazil, Europe, and Japan

Shipping availability may vary depending on courier restrictions.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping (Canada Only)

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over $85.00 CAD within Canada

Note:
Free shipping does not apply to the Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut)


International Shipping & Customs

For all orders shipped outside Canada:

  • Customers are fully responsible for any:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Brokerage fees
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s customs authority

Lecsa Specialty Snacks is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Temperature & Product Care

Our products may be sensitive to temperature changes:

  • We may include ice packs during warmer weather when possible
  • However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions during transit

We recommend considering your local climate before placing an order.


Damaged, Opened, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Opened or tampered with
  • Incorrect

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging

Important:
Do not discard the product or packaging, as this may affect your claim.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact our Customer Service team
  • We will assist by opening an investigation with the courier

Note:
Lecsa Specialty Snacks is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.


Refused Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged or compromised, we recommend refusing the delivery at the time of arrival. The courier will return the package to us, and we will assist you once it is received and inspected.
